In recent years, trucker health has been a major concern, with many drivers suffering from obesity and sleep apnea. A new partnership between Rolling Strong and Healthy Vending Management is looking to ease those concerns.
The two companies have joined forces to provide truckers with more nutritional food options found at local vendors. Healthy Vending Management is striving to make sure each of its vendors has progressive, healthy snacking options that drivers can eat in an effort to become more health-conscious.
"Healthy Vending Management decided to partner with Rolling Strong because of their extensive knowledge about the trucking industry and the common goal to make drivers throughout America a healthier group," said Jesse Kleinman, president of Healthy Vending Management.
Through its network of providers, Healthy Vending Management is providing fresh cut fruit, salads, milk, nuts, soy items and organic selections.
Healthy Vending is also looking to improve the health of the planet. It has teamed with tech companies to use more green sources of energy through Energy Star machines and L.E.D. lighting.
